The reason I say unexpected is I had little interest in leasing another CX9, not that I was unhappy My experience was a total unexpected pleasure. Neil and Mark made me feel at home right away, that made me hang around. It should be noted that I truly hate the whole car buying experience. Joe was able to work a very fair deal and Anthony mad the financing torture minimal. This Fab Four should be commended in dealing with a true pain in the ass like myself.
