Saturday June 3 2017 @ 1pm I didn't like the fact that there was raw sewage sitting on the floor in the dealership/ waiting room! People with health issues sitting in that mess could harm them! When I mentioned it to one of the men walking around the showroom who was wearing a white shirt. He did not seam concern not one bit. They could have said something to me when I arrived. Gave me a choice of wether I would wait or reschedule. The person who was assigned to me said she had no idea that this mess had happened. The whole two hours I was there I did not see anyone around who was working to correct the problem during my wait. It had gotten so bad that I moved several times to get away from the smell. Because it was cause me great distress and it gave me a headache. I have always like this place and they always give good service. But this particular day. They sucked!! No one came out to explain or to apologize and this is inexcusable! More

Top notch customer service!!!! I don't live in Charlotte so when my car needed a repair here I was extremely nervous about picking a dealer to take my Honda Pilot to. Austin made me feel super comfortable and made the repair super easy. I didn't even miss a best bc they put me in a loaner SUV. No pressure on getting more services then the repair I am in for. Service experience Went in because I had a problem with my sunroof. They hit my bumper on the bay pulling it in. Took 5 days but got a free rental. Basically replaced my whole sunroof no charge and painted my front bumper. Looks great. Service help was great. Always prompt with updates and was just a great experience. Have had some bad experiences in the past with other dealers but very pleased with where I purchased this vehicle. More
