Dealership was very disturbing I had a 8 AM appointment to have four new tires placed on the car and everything went terrible I did not leave the dealership until 11:50 AM. It’s no way I should have had to to have four new tires placed on the car and everything went terrible I did not leave the dealership until 11:50 AM. It’s no way I should have had to stay at a dealership for four hours I was there all of that time and no one said anything to me I had to go check to see what was going on finally at 3 1/2 hours at 11:30, The advisor said they was just now trying to complete my service, absolutely ridiculous and a very disappointing experience.
