Service is second to none! I purchased my car in June from here. First time I brought my car in an oil change, Alfredo took care of me. LACK OF INTEGRITY TOWARDS CONSUMERS! I got off work early to drive my mother 76 miles one way to this place; this was the worst experience ever attempting to make a used car purchased. I I got off work early to drive my mother 76 miles one way to this place; this was the worst experience ever attempting to make a used car purchased. I requested an OOD price on a vehicle listed above KBB value via email, due to location and availability. After several conversations emailed back and forth between 3 online sales reps. I received a price that was doubled the KBB value from Kristofer at Performance Ford. In addition, he attempted to get me to consider another car probably worth 2-3 times more. I advised Kristofer that I wasn’t going to pay double KBB value OOD for a car with 85k miles and wasn’t interested in the car he wanted me to purchase either. I received an email from Glen, Internet Director notifying me to come to dealer because he wants to earn my business, but it has to make sense. Kristopher’s offer sure didn’t make sense to me. We went to the dealership where the car was located, which was Scott Clark Nissan. Brandon introduced himself as my mother and I proceeded to the inventory. We located the car, Brandon went to get the keys and took us on a 3-5 mile test drive. My mother was driving the car and wasn’t able to ““test drive;” “due to the max 45 mph speed limit; we didn’t go on the interstate. I would think a sales rep of 4 years; the little time we spent in the car he could have been telling us information or features regarding the vehicle, instead of humming tunes from the radio. Once we got back to the dealership, we began inspecting the car. Multiple scratches were found; looked like painted over rust spots on door frames; the spoiler wasn’t the same color as the car. I asked Brandon, “How much is the OOD price on the car?” He responded, “Our prices are on the internet!” Brandon took us to his desk. He provided us with an OOD price that was over the KBB value. Brandon researched car on KBB, registered car as good condition. We really did not know what condition the vehicle was in, because of the limited test drive. After going back and forth about the price in an intellectually challenging manner, we got nowhere. After being dismissed with handshakes, we weren’t provided with any contact information for future purposes. A sales manager contacted my mother about 10 minutes after leaving asking; if she liked the car; how much she was really willing to spend on the car; telling her he’ll try to find us another vehicle within the price range. NO, THANK YOU! Kristopher’s and Brandon’s OOD had a $6,000 difference, with OOD still priced over market value. Sounds kind of like a rip-off somewhere along the lines to us. If that car or the same model can’t be purchased between KBB value and her budget. She’ll just proceed to her other cash options, with one of the sales representatives that she and myself has previously purchased vehicles from in the past. After having this experience with Scott Clark Nissan and Performance Ford, we feel like your employees need to work on their integrity and making consumers feel more comfortable. We wish we would have known what the actual OOD price on this car like I requested from the different online sales agents before we continued to the lot. It would have really saved us a lot of time, gas, and money. I wish my review could’ve been more positive! More
