Mark stayed in touch on status of service. There was a filter that needed to be replaced. He honestly explained what the filter did and that it did not affect the engine. I had the filter replaced. Caleb is the best!!!! I do not like buying cars, especially doing it with my husband! Caleb made the experience easier than I have every experienced. I was very disappointed getting my oil changed. I was there 2 hours. No one came inside to get me. After almost 2 hours I went to the desk inside and she told me to go outside to get my keys.
