The finance manager, James was also very patient with me and kept me very informed of everything that I was signing. I had so many questions and they both answered them with no hesitation or annoyance. I appreciate their work ethics and recommend Paul and James to help you based on my experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I had to wait an hour to see the finance manager after deciding I was going to purchase my vehicle. I then learned they were short staffed for that day. Although the wait was long, I was constantly being checked on and offered something to drink which helped me understand that though I was waiting, they were still attentive to me. I truly appreciated that about everyone there! More

Shortly after we arrived the car they had picked for me was on the pad ready to view and drive. Bobby, showed us the features prior and during the ride and was very pleasant with a great personality. The car was perfect and met every need that we expressed to Jimmy. We ended using Toyota’s financing and received an amazing rate. Paperwork was signed and the deal was done. Bobby met me on the pad tagged the car and I was assisted in setting up my phone on the car.
