Great service! Marshall Moore did an excellent job of handling the service on my 2011 Toyota Avalon, which involved an oil and filter change and tire rotation. 60,000 mi maintenance Crystal was awesome! A little disappointed that 2 service people were asked to help us and for some reason said no. The young lady trying to find som Crystal was awesome! A little disappointed that 2 service people were asked to help us and for some reason said no. The young lady trying to find someone was very nice and persistent in getting us in. Again Crystal did a great job. Explained everything she was going to do then at the end summarized her findings. We didn’t find out until we were there that our maintenance agreement had just expired. Would have been nice if the dealership had given us a heads up sooner so we didn’t have to pay the total cost.
