Not only did I get the BEST deal literally, hassle free but the customer service that we got was unprecedented! We told him what our budget was and what we were looking for and he gave us options! ( no pressure I might add) I live in South Alabama and they are in NC, the car was delivered literally to my door step! We were floored that they said they would bring it to us, we never even thought that was possible and totally expected to have to go get it! Shane Gunn was in contact with us every step of the way even after the sale was done, I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service and the fact that they are a huge dealership he treated us as if we had bought the 9 previous vehicles from them. Good service but very expensive Even with a large coupon I paid 408 for a maintenance check, rear brakes and new brake fluid. 119 for a maintenance service with an oil change and ti Even with a large coupon I paid 408 for a maintenance check, rear brakes and new brake fluid. 119 for a maintenance service with an oil change and tire rotation is very high. Having to spend another 119 dollars for new brake fluid on a minivan with only 53,000 miles is also surprising. I have never had to change the brake fluid so early on any of my other cars. More
