I explained what the car needed and we discussed some previously mentioned work that needed to be done. The additional work required a 2nd trip to the Svc Dept as parts needed to be ordered. This was very agreeable to me, the atmosphere in the waiting area is very pleasant, adding the cafe was a great idea, everyone I came into contact with was friendly. Some of my friends think I am crazy for continuing to take an older vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Only Scott Clark Toyota touches that car. I am very pleased with the work performed. The only negative observation I have is that I had an appointment at 2:45 and was asked to call if I was going to be late. When I pulled into the service bay, no one greeted me for at least 10 minutes, although there were many technicians socializing at different stations. I was greeted and then asked to wait another 5 minutes. I was putting the car in reverse, ready to leave, when I was finally recognized. This is NOT the way to deal with any customer. More
