Prius Service I was impressed with the team when I first dropped off the car. Houston was very helpful to address my concerns and reason for my visit. I also want to note I appreciate the recall notifications and Toyota standing behind their vehicles and owning up to the responsibility to fixing the defects. Everyone was polite and I didn't have any poor experience. My last note would be regarding attitude / cheerfulness / enthusiasm. Houston and another gentleman who took my Prius from the Service Drop Off point (who's name I don't recall now) but they were the only two who had a good attitude/cheerfulness about them. Don't get me wrong, everyone else I encountered was polite, but something seemed to be different when I returned to pick up my Prius. My overall sense when I returned was different than earlier that morning. Not certain what. It was lunch time, maybe everyone just needed to eat, else some cheering up. More
