Excellent service I am a regular customer of the Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. I purchased my Toyota Camry there and I faithfully bring my Camry to their Service I am a regular customer of the Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. I purchased my Toyota Camry there and I faithfully bring my Camry to their Service Department for all of my service needs. Mary is the service rep who has handled the service and maintenance on my vehicle for a while now. Her customer service has always been impressive, but she recently helped me when I was not even at her dealership. I recently drove my Camry to another state and experienced a mechanical issue. I took my Camry to a local Toyota dealership in that state for a diagnosis. That dealership informed me that I needed a somewhat expensive repair. I immediately called Mary and informed her of my situation. Mary researched my car's history and found that the repair could be covered by my warranty. Thanks to her, my car was repaired and the majority of the repair was paid for by the warranty. Mary took the time to ensure that my car was serviced properly and that I was treated well as a customer even though I was not even at her dealership. Now that is excellent customer service and that is why I keep doing business with Scott Clark Toyota. Thank you Mary. More
