Took care of my son and his Tacoma We sent my 16 year old to Scott Clark's Toyota City for his first "solo" visit to have the 55k service done on the 2013 Tacoma PreRunner he drives. Th We sent my 16 year old to Scott Clark's Toyota City for his first "solo" visit to have the 55k service done on the 2013 Tacoma PreRunner he drives. The appointment was scheduled with Marshall Moore, who knows this Tacoma well. The service techs had my son's vehicle in and out in good time, completing the oil/filter change and tire rotation. They also tightened the parking brake cable, as the standard vehicle safety check showed the rear brake pads are close to time for replacement. Marshall explained to my son that this can safely wait until the next 5k service visit, so we can prepare for the expense. We like this advanced warning, and no-pressure-no-nonsense approach to safety and maintenance we have come to expect from Scott Clark's service department, which we have found to be the norm throughout our ownership experience with our 4 vehicles purchased and serviced there since 2002. We also appreciate the respect shown by Marshall toward our son In helping us teach one more "life lesson:" take care of the machine, and you will be rewarded with its long service. More
