The waiting room facilities are great - plenty of seats, big screen TVs, a play room for kids, a quiet room for adults, a wi-fi room, a manicurist, a counter selling snacks and drinks. First time service Marshall Moore was great in getting us in the system and showing us around. Some of the services he recommended had been done recently, but others had Marshall Moore was great in getting us in the system and showing us around. Our biggest complaint was that the oil change took 2 and a half hours (we had an appointment and we were early), and we didn't even get the complimentary wash we were promised. We are new to the area so we will try others. More
