Worst car buying experience I ever had I'll start by saying that everyone there was very nice- I have no problem with anyone's attitude. Here's my problem- I saw a car online that I was interested in. Went there, test drove it, so far so good. Then the process started dragging on. I was there for almost 5 hours. By the time it was done, I was late for work, so I didn't really go over the paperwork( particularly the bill of sale) until the next morning. To my shock, I had been charged almost $900 more than the advertised price. When I called the sales rep, he told me it was because of my credit. The only way to get me approved was to pay Morgan/Chase Bank a blackmail fee, which then was tacked onto the price of the car. No one bothered to ask me if that was OK, they just did it. I'm pretty sure they knew that if they had told me, that would have been the end of that sale. They also didn't tell me up front that the car has to have full synthetic oil, so every oil change is going to be more expensive. They were so busy trying to sell me extended warranties and optional equipment that I was about ready to get up and leave. At one point I had to tell the guy doing all the paperwork to stop trying to sell me things I didn't want. No one went over the pricing of the car, so I will end up paying extra money that they just decided to add on without my consent. I'm not sure that's exactly legal, but I guess I'm just going to have to live with it. But I'll never buy anything else from Scott Clark, and I'll tell everybody I know how I was lured in, then sold a car at a higher price, without even the professional courtesy to tell me what they were doing. The vehicle was in very good condition and several updates had been done on it by the dealership (new tires, brakes, etc.). Mike also tracked down a previous owner to locate an additional key remote for us and mailed it to us. We appreciate the service we received!! More

I talked with Marshall Moore and he told me to bring my car in at 4pm and they would take care of my service. Marshall greeted me when I arrived and made sure that he documented any problems etc that I would like checked in addition to the regular service,. About an hour later Marshall came to let me know my car was ready to go. He told me why my tire Inflation symbol would not reset and to call him if I had any problems. He made me feel like Scott Clark valued my business! More

Ray was easy going, low pressure, and very helpful in the process. He was also kind enough to move our alma mater's sticker from the car we were trading in, to our new car! It was a nice surprise when we walked out of financing. Once we made the decision to purchase, we wanted DVD players added to the car. George Smith took over and made the process effortless in the service department. George was very responsive in terms of scheduling and then the work was done quickly while we waited. It has been a great end to end car buying experience! More

Truck Maintenance I visited Scott Clark Service Dept recently. My Service Archie Newton was there waiting on me. I called earlier that morning to see if he would be available. Upon pulling up i was greeted with a smile and as always he asked "how I was doing" and "how was my day". That from the start means a lot, as I have been knowing Archie for many years and his friendly, courteous, and professional persona has always been on spot. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. When asked about a previous service he did not hesitate to check the computer to inform me if the service I asked about had been done. I trust and value his recommendations and opinions. Because he knows he better not steer me wrong. My vehicles are older but i still like bringing them to Scott Clark because i know I have a trusted Service Advisor and he will ensure that what i need done gets done correctly. My service this time was very prompt I did not have to wait long and Archie also made sure my truck was washed upon delivery to me. He also updated and explained to me the other concerns i had regarding maintenance. More

The kids were given coloring chart and that kept them busy till we closed the deal. Overall this dealership is the best one I recommend. More
