The overal experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that the finance department is lacking in customer service. We had a great experience with Scott Clark Scion. We was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the whole car buying process. We also appreciated that he was not a high pressure salesman. The eveing after buying our car, we had some questions. We went back to the dealership the next day. Jose was not working that day so we met with Marty and Mike. They answered all of our questions and, in a good way, would not have us leave the dealership until all of our questions were answered and we were 100% happy with our purchase. They appreciated that buying a car these days is a significant financial investment and they wanted to make sure we got the best car and the best deal for our money. He listened patiently to what I wanted and when he became ill he made sure Barbara was waiting for us with all the facts and the cars that filled my requests. I found the perfect car with the help of this very pleasant lady without any stress and drove it home that evening. They stayed late to complete the sale and make sure everything was just right.
