This past weekend, my wife and I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius. I had did my internet research and contacted RG with the specifics of the car we wanted. Even though he did not have exactly what I was looking for, he did ask many questions, and then informed me that he had a model that with adding on to it would be what we were looking for ( plus being able to save some money). Once he told me that he had the car on the lot, I told him that we would come in the morning and purchase the car. Our appointment was schedule and RG was punctual for our meeting. Since we had already talked and knew what to bring in, the closing of the car was fairly simple. All in all, I would give the sales portion a 9.9 (I do have to deduct .1 for the cold "matzoh" pizza which was offered (and eaten). We then moved over to finance and "Chicago" Ray. Ray was very courteous and very effecient. Ray was very professional and again asked questions about my financing options. We completed the deal and signed all of the necessary paperwork. The support ladies were very informative about all of the different nuances of the hybrid automobile and educating both myself and my wife. "Those eyes". Overall this was the most hassle free new car purchase that we have ever made. The staff even arrange to have my vehicle detailed when we dropped off the check. More
My wife and I have bought cars from Scott Clark Toyota for years now and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We currently own 4 toyotas and are pleased with them all.Our dealings with the sales department has always been enjoyable and very easy.As great as the sales department is however,with 4 toyotas, I spend alot of time in the service dept. and I can't say enough great things about these folks!I actually enjoy coming in for service as these guys are all so nice and willing to help. My "go to guy" in the service dept is PETE ACREE.Pete has gone out of his way to make certain that my service experience is always perfect .I've dealt with Pete to a point that I have complete trust in what he tells me I need to keep my cars in top notch shape. When I send my kids to get their toyotas serviced,They know to always ask for Pete as I know Pete will take good care of them. This level of service has truely spoiled us to where I just don't think about going anywhere else. Mark Beeker(service manager)has always had fine staff in the service dept. and Pete Acree in the icing on the cake, THANKS GUYS More
We leased our 4-runner and decided to buy it when our lease was ending. He explained many options and we picked the one that fit us the best. He also shared some personal experience since he is himself a 4-runner owner. The warranty policies offered are very affordable an well descriptive and it was easy to find one to meet our needs. Over all our past and present experience with Scott Clark and the employees there from the service dept. to sales and finance has been a positive one and I'm sure we will return. More

I came in for service work on my truck and dealt with Justin as my service writer. Justin was very helpful in telling me the required service that was due on my truck. After my service was completed which was in the time range I was told, I Had the pleasure to meet Melissa who is such a friendly girl with a pretty smile. She was very helpful in explaining the services and pricing details of the bill. While paying for my bill Michael took to the time to say hello,and make sure I had no further questions. It's great to have my truck serviced knowing what I had done and working with such a friendly group of honest employees. More
From the call to make an appt to the speed of service, I have been very pleased with the personal and professional attitude each member of the service group exhibits. My 2007 Camry has had only one prob have been very pleased with the personal and professional attitude each member of the service group exhibits. My 2007 Camry has had only one problem having to do with the stereo- occasionally sound goes out when switching to an AM channel (resolved each time by turning unit off/on). The dealership continues to troubleshoot this issue and are replacing parts until the right solution is found. More

I have bought 3 cars from Scott Clark and use them for servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. I spoke with John Rotalsky over the phone and told him what I was interested in and that I was very hesitant and nervous about going through the car buying experience. He asked what I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay in. John assured me that he would take care of everything. When I finally went in, John had my vehicle ready (even the color) and Ray Cockerham had the financing taken care of. I mean they were on top of everything. Even with all they had done, I was still nervous (personal thing) but John and Ray were extremely patient with me. I have my Highlander and loving it. I have already recommended John and Ray to others and will continue to do so.
