After being told by Lake Norman Toyota that I could not order a Prius, that I would have to just accept the next one they received, we emailed Scott Clark's Toyota. Wes Landreth answered quickly and procee order a Prius, that I would have to just accept the next one they received, we emailed Scott Clark's Toyota. Wes Landreth answered quickly and proceeded to work with us in email and over the phone to take our order. We only had to meet with him once to finalize the order and only with him - none of this nonsense where you talk to a salesman and his manager and his manager's manager, etc. Wes ordered my Prius and called periodically to give us an update on the status. The car arrived sooner that we anticipated and was exactly what we had ordered. We were so pleased with the Prius and the excellent service we received from Wes and Scott Clark Toyota that we went back a day later and purchased a 2008 Solara convertible. We've been loyal Toyota drivers for years and now we will be loyal Scott Clark Toyota customers. It's a bit of a drive for us but the service is worth it. More
This our third purchase of a new vehicle from this dealer within 4 years. There's many Toyota dealers between us and Scott Clark's but I'll drive right by the other guys any day to deal with Tim Wright at Sc within 4 years. He's always treated us like a friend and with respect. He even called the other day to see how my surgery went. Customer Service was top notch everything was gone over with the vehicle before we took delivery, being a Prius it was necessary. Car was put into our hands in spotless condition. Everyone was friendly whether we were dealing with them or not. I had a couple questions for the service manager and he answered every one with precision. We came to a very satisfying price on our new vehicle. The head of Finance even came in and got a slightly better rate. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Even though we told him that we were just looking and would not buy that day, Mark took the time to show us the dealership and test drive a few different cars. He did not pressure us in anyway and seemed genuinely glad that we stopped by on that day. In a time when most that enter a dealership feel as if they have a huge target painted on their forehead and depending on how the Salesman "qualifies" the customer is either subject to high pressure or neglect or even a huge attitude< Scott Clarks dealership is a welcome change. On 8-29-09 I went to Scott Clark Toyota to buy a car. Curtis Lanier walkes up and asked how can I help you today. I told him I was looking for a used car with very low miles. Nice guy and worked with me in many aspects from email, text, phone conversations and was p but I did have a great sales person named Curtis Lanier. Our son was in an unfortunate accident that totaled his car. Thankfully, he is absolutely fine! Being a sophomore college student, we wanted to purchase a reliable used car that would get him to and from car. Thankfully, he is absolutely fine! Being a sophomore college student, we wanted to purchase a reliable used car that would get him to and from school(4 hours away)safely, have the capacity to haul all of his belongings, and last at least until he finishes college and/or graduate school hoping not to have to purchase another car again until he gets settled in his career. My husband and I focused on the Toyota 4Runner, only to discover how difficult it would be to find one that had relatively low mileage, with a leather interior, and preferably black in color. We combed the Charlotte area and beyond beginning and ending our search at Scott Clark's Toyota Scion. If it had not been for George Athens, we would still be looking! His perseverance during our search lead us to a 2005 Obsidian 4Runner SR5 with leather interior in great condition with only 53,000 miles! In fact, the car had not even made it to the used car lot! It was still being cleaned up when we saw it. Our only criteria prior to purchase at that point was to have our own "peace of mind" warranty by having it inspected by Johnny Kleto. Johnny has been servicing our 2001 Sequoia since we bought it and it is still running great!! Both Johnny and George are personal friends. Scott Clark's Toyota Scion is fortunate to have these two men on board. They are professional, thorough in everything they set out to do, and are wonderful to work with. Originally thought we would make the drive and look at a few vans then come back home. Up until then we had a hard time finding a used Sienna we felt comfortable buying at a reasonable price. I had spoken to Curtis Lanier, at Scott Clark's earlier that day and he said the vehicle we were interested in at his dealership was in mint condition, so we planned a time to meet with him and hit the road. When we got there immediately we were impressed with the facility, it was new, clean and everyone we met was very courteous. We finally met up with Curtis, and after a brief introduction he took us immediately to the Van which he had parked in their parking garage due to the rain (very convenient). As he promised the car was immaculate. He showed us all of the bells and whistles and in about 5 minutes my wife and I were ready to negotiate price. Curtis and the financial team were very flexible on the price and we bought the Van. It also came with a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. I could go on and on but we were very impressed with Curtis, and very pleased with the overall transaction. I recommend Scott Clark's, and especially Curtis Lanier, to anyone serious about buying a used car at good price. More
