Was never notified of service completion until multiple calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle. Ray little and his manager was best ever. He was outstanding very patient and well-mannered. I drove over three hours just looking for a car and he made it happen. It’s always a pleasure to go here for service. Great waiting area, lots of free coffee, and food for purchase. Scott Clark’s Toyota in Indian Trail is always where we go to have our vehicles serviced and we always ask for Billy Carroll.
