Went in for an inspection and luckily got in line to work with Mr. Billy Carroll. He was beyond great. There was a little problem with the car and I'm not a big car person. Sammy did this to my husband and me and after meeting Chris Powe and asking him how to pronounce his last name we realized Sammy was making fun of us. Completely unprofessional! I’d give Sammy negative stars if that were an option. More
