Inventory was great, they had what I wanted and were able to get it for us in the same day. However following my purchase I called three times in about 1.5 weeks with some questions. The service advisor, Julie Oliver, is an excellent representative of the dealership. My main problem with the dealership is that I think prices have been raised disproportionate to the increase in inf representative of the dealership. Sales department is great, service not so much. My 2020 RAV4 Hybrid Ltd has 24,000 miles on it and has a lot of road noise (more by far than our 2013 Toyota).
