Absolutely the best experience at a dealership. I needed front brake pads replaced in addition to my scheduled maintenance, but I was provided a free loaner car so I could wait at home. Once they get your money as a customer, they could car less about further assistance with any issues. Essentially out of site, out of mind. I have never posted on yelp but I am so dissatisfied and disappointed that I had to post. (I also have names, times AND dates for everyone involved in the following post). My lease was about to expire so I went in to see what they could do for me. They did help me work some things out and I was able to purchase the car. This was a very important purchase and I was excited as it is for most car buyers. The person that was dealing with my finance paperwork, wasn't that friendly and could care less that this was an exciting time for a car buyer. He didn't properly explain the payment plan - some way for you to pay the car down faster by having money taken out every 2 weeks. I had to call and speak to someone a few weeks later to get a clarification. I purchased the car January 22nd and was called on March 23rd by the person who sold me the car to tell me that I needed to come back in for an inspection. TWO months later. I told the sales person when I could be there & she said she would verify with the Auto Service Dept and let me know (this was a Wednesday) 3 days later, still no call to verify the appointment. I called (Monday) and spoke to someone else in the service department. He said he would call me back to verify.... No call. I called to next day (Tuesday) & had to leave a message and STILL did not receive a call back. I called a few hours later and told them I NEEDED to speak to someone and they patched me through and the appointment was verified. The day of the appointment, I had to leave work early, it was rushed. I called to let them know I was on my way (this is what the person I spoke to said I should do) and it was all about ok, hurry here, need to get your car done. The people who did the inspection were GREAT. They had me in and out in 15 minutes. The person that sold me the car called me while I was waiting for the car to be finished and said she needed to speak with me & she would be right down. I asked her on the phone if they could give me a free oil change or something for all that I had to deal with JUST to get something fixed that should have been done on the front end. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting for her, call again and she said "I'm coming down". I wasn't going to wait anymore & went to grab my car. She showed up & said that "Inspections have to be done and it's just something we have to do. If you give us a 5 star review, we will send you a coupon for an oil change". I just said ok & left. All of this didn't sit right with me so I called Customer Service to let them know. They told me that someone would call me back and that they ALWAYS call back. Still nothing, just radio silence. Don't waist your time. It's really sad and very disappointing that something that was supposed to be a good thing ended up being poorly done once they had my money. More
