I made a appointment for a oil change and key that was not provided when I purchased the truck in March of 2021. Received a 9:15 appointment for Feb. 22nd of this year. This was the worse Service there could be,I came in at 9:30 am and didn’t leave the place till 3:30 pm I was very upset it took them so long to verify my warranty then to put the icing on the cake they to 9:30 am and didn’t leave the place till 3:30 pm I was very upset it took them so long to verify my warranty then to put the icing on the cake they told me my car was ready I’m standing outside I’m seeing everyone car dripping with water from being washed and they brought me my car dirty so I just the guy I said you mean to tell me that I been here since 9:30 am and you couldn’t wash the car like all these other cars are getting washed He apologized and said he will wash it I said no thank you I’ll do it myself very best service on this day and poor customer service More
