I purchased a used Toyota Highlander and need to have it serviced. I pulled up to the service bay and although no one directed me in, I pulled into the garage. I got off my vehicle and waited for five minut serviced. I pulled up to the service bay and although no one directed me in, I pulled into the garage. I got off my vehicle and waited for five minutes before anyone looked at my direction. Most were at their desks are on their phones. It wasn’t until one of the employees, someone with the green, striped vest, saw a service rep and pointed that person into my direction. Billy Carroll Took over from there and redeemed the rest of my time with the service dept. His feedback and they both type point inspection was very helpful and I appreciate it that he did not attempt to upsell me with filters and such, things that I could change myself. Billy did a good job and I believe he has someone I can trust, which is critical to me in any place I take my car. My other car is a Honda. I take it to Hendricks Honda on South Boulevard and receive the best possible service anyone can imagine. I would encourage the leadership of Scott Clark Toyota to visit there and observe to consider ways to improve their customer service. I will take the vehicle back one more time to evaluate Communication and services rendered. I believe I will have a much better perspective after a second visit. More
Took 2 hrs for scheduled minor warranty issue of plastic bolts in front bumper- I had to go ask 2x status last of which he said .. oh it’s ready !! The facilities and amenities are wonderful. The service coordinators need to have faster communication. Additional recommended services should not be mentioned after the car has been completed so that it takes even longer to get done. The sales team should reach out to prior sales to see how the vehicle is doing. If there were any items that were not taken care of prior to sale. It should not be the customers responsibility to hold the dealership to their word. More
