Not good timing as far as building trust with the customer. Service left us in the dark for a week regarding our 2019 Sienna minivan. It drove fine but just got a check engine light on. We were declined a loaner until they figured out the problem and verified warranty coverage. We were told we could pay to rent a car from their dealership but no complimentary loaner as we were on a ‘waitlist.’ I opted to call the loaner/rental dept myself. They said there was no waitlist and 2 cars ( a sienna and a Corolla) were immediately available. Service manager and advisor did not apologize for the blatant lie. I would not purchase from here again. Have purchased 2 Toyotas in the past from here. More
