When I pulled into the service bay, there were only two other cars. I arrived at exact time of my appointment and there were at least 6 or more people in various places. I waited for a time and then realized the other two cars had moved on and everyone was going about their job but no one had acknowledged me. I finally walked to the service manager desk to ask for help and he went over to a customer service person who soon came over to check me in. After waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, I got a noice that I needed a new tire because of a puncture. In trying to decide what tie to purchase, I mentioned that I had Yokohamas on the car now. The service rep proceeded to argue that I didn’t but had another brand. I decided not to press the point and had the bad tire replaced. That took over another hour. When I went out finally to get the car, I checked the new tire and verified that indeed the other three were Yokohama tires. All in all not impressed with this trip to the dealer for service. More

I don’t need to be helped right away, but a “hey mam, be there with you shortly” would work just fine. Like waitresses buy themselves a few minutes by greeting with water before coming back for orders. Otherwise, great guy. Informative with my options. I like the text to review your quote system. The recommendations were a little fluffy… I chose 2 of the 5 recommendations.. but otherwise reasonable time waiting & they also set that expectation early when I made the appointment. Give Foster a raise. Cute & kind. Will be back. Thanks! More

Nik was quick to approach me once I drove into the bay. He was great with informing me of what the 50K maintenance check would cover as well as keeping me informed of the service status being done.
