I've always received good service in their Service Dept at reasonable rates. However, I was with my best friend in September of 2021 when she visited their Sales Dept and had a particularly poor experi at reasonable rates. This was a real shock and the first time either of us had tried to work with a person in Sales at Scott Clark who didn't seem to understand her job. We have been buying and servicing vehicles with this dealership for at least 25 years. More

When I pulled into the service bay, there were only two other cars. I arrived at exact time of my appointment and there were at least 6 or more people in various places. I waited for a time and then realized the other two cars had moved on and everyone was going about their job but no one had acknowledged me. I finally walked to the service manager desk to ask for help and he went over to a customer service person who soon came over to check me in. After waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, I got a noice that I needed a new tire because of a puncture. In trying to decide what tie to purchase, I mentioned that I had Yokohamas on the car now. The service rep proceeded to argue that I didn’t but had another brand. I decided not to press the point and had the bad tire replaced. That took over another hour. When I went out finally to get the car, I checked the new tire and verified that indeed the other three were Yokohama tires. All in all not impressed with this trip to the dealer for service. More
