Justin always took care of everything I needed and kept me on budget, literally for like 12 years through 2 vehicles. I was a little worried when he moved to a new position. For the past year I didn’t feel as confident with the new person I was working with but then last week I spoke with Tyler and all is right again. Tyler understood my needs compared to my budget and provided insight on what to do now, in a couple weeks and what could wait a couple months. He listened and made me feel confident about what was being taken care of and called/emailed to keep me informed. He’s my new Toyota guy and I’m so glad he’s there. More

Even though my part was on back ordered Marshall was very good about explaining what was wrong with my car. He was very professional and even went out of his way to fix my reading glasses which were imp very good about explaining what was wrong with my car. He was very professional and even went out of his way to fix my reading glasses which were important to me as I needed to wait about 2 and a half hours because of an additional repair. I will definitely always ask for Marshall when I need to make an appointment. More

Mark stayed in touch on status of service. There was a filter that needed to be replaced. He honestly explained what the filter did and that it did not affect the engine. I had the filter replaced. I was very disappointed getting my oil changed. I was there 2 hours. No one came inside to get me. After almost 2 hours I went to the desk inside and she told me to go outside to get my keys.
