John Henry and Aaron Bell were the sales reps who took very good care of me. I received good value on my trade in and they worked with me on the purchase price and options. They had a silver model Accord in stock and when I mentioned that I wanted black they offered to drive to another dealer to get my car (which they did). Recently (Friday 4/5/13) I took my Accord in for the audio-nav software update. Scheduling my appt with Sherry Garey was easy. I then called Sherry back to request a couple of accessories be installed at the same time as the software update. Sherry was, again, very accommodating...and I did not have to change my appt date. Taking the provided van to the close by Enterprise car rental location was also very easy. I was there in 5 minutes, had my car in 10 minutes and was able to get to work on time. Kudos to the folks at Enterprise as well. Very friendly and customer oriented. My service rep on Friday was Jonathan Moreno. Jonathan is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional sales rep. He explained everything that needed to be done and when it would be done. When I picked up my car in the afternoon (on time)....Jonathan spent some time with me to explain how the new accessories and software update worked. Very helpful!! Everyone I talk to at Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance has been very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my new Accord and am very glad I bought my car at Scott Robinson Honda. Bob More

For the five and a half years, I have gone to Scott Robinson Honda on Hawthorne Blvd. Each employee that I have spoken to in the Service Dept seems to have a negative attitude toward customers. Personally, I have spoken to a few Service Reps at Scott Robinson Honda and each and every time I have had service done on my Civic I have had to deal with people in that department who seem to go through the motions of their job; but, really don't have the personality to be working as a service rep dealing with customers. I have even sent emails to Jeff Robinson with no reply from him. I have spoken to the Honda Corp and they informed me that each Honda dealership is independently owned. I understand that; however, I feel there should be some guidelines that Honda expects their dealers to follow. The last time I tried to get the van to take me home locally while my car was being serviced; they gave me such a hard time that I became disgusted and walked home. They appear to do a good job servicing customers cars. However, their attitude toward Honda customers leaves a lot to be desired. Personally, I feel Scott Robinson Honda is mismanaged and until they can do a better job of showing me that they are really concerned about the customers needs when they bring their car in; I would highly NOT recommend this dealership. I bought a 2013 Accord and I had an awesome experience with Fawzy Mansour. He was friendly , knowledgeable, and very attentive to my needs. He was not pushy at all. Just bought the used car under dealer's satisfactory points of quality and warranted for 30days/or 1000 miles driving that one. Three points of dissatisfaction of the car's quality has been found dur points of quality and warranted for 30days/or 1000 miles driving that one. Three points of dissatisfaction of the car's quality has been found during pre-sale drive with a salesman M. Castro "on the board" and been promised to fix. Extra 2 points of dissatisfaction has been found after the first 100 miles after purchased the car. Car was stand on Service Department at Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep site and for all business hours on 01-18-2013 and there is absolutely nothing has been fixed... at all. I've been called to a service department for 4-5 times, and just left messages, because there was nobody to answer the call. Just after 04:25 P.M., service adviser D. Sanchez called me back and told that they do not have a time to start and finish any kind of work. So, I have to pick up the car and in couple of days back. It is a very first and so bad experience dealing with service representatives... in my entire life...very bad. However, I am very satisfied in working with a financial department and it's manager Mr. Jason Corrigau, who personally assist me in process of making Sale-Purchase agreement and did it with the highest level of professionalism and as human being as well. He, also, by my request, spent his own time in order to help me in dealing with Service Department, and I hope the car's problems will be fixed on my next visit to Service Department. That is why I put "yes" and recommend SCOTT ROBINSON dealership to other people, because there is very professional management in Financing and I believe in other departments, as well. The day after Christmas we went in to just look at vehicles and left with a 2011 Honda Pilot. The salesman, Jim Capella did an awesome job, showed us new & used vehicles with No pressure. We purchased a new CR-V on Thursday. We had talked to other Honda dealers and Van and Vern was the first with the best price and provided a very simple honest approach towards the purchase. We were in and out in about three hours and we were not hassled to pay more or buy more add-ons. We’ve had other experiences purchasing Hondas from other dealers and Scott Robinson completely blew those guys out of the water. We are extremely satisfied and we will be taking our new car there for servicing and keep them in mind for the future. I would give it a five star experience. Thanks! More

We arrived at Scott Robinson Honda after signing up on the Costco buyer Program. We were kept in the loop the days before by emails and a phone call. On arrival we were met immediately at the dealer by Natalie, who then introduced us to our sales person, Krishelle. The costco program was explained to us, we went out into the lot and picked out a vehicle to test drive, (Had already determined a CRV was in the picture). After the test drive my wife was sold on the CRV and we went in to complete the deal. Krishelle made that purchase experience one of the best I have ever had, (quite a few cars in my 50 years of buying). What was really a pleasure was the Finance, extra add on, paper work meeting with Mike. No hard core pressure on extra items, very professional. All in all, by far, the nicest and quickest purchase we have had in the last four purchases. Thanks again Natalie, Krishelle and Mike. More
