We are from out of town, bringing our daughter here for college, when our Ram truck broke down on a Thursday. It was towed to this dealership, who told us in short order it was the fuel pump. They said they couldn't get one until Monday. All day Monday, I called several times just to find out if indeed the pump arrived. No one ever responded. Our service technician had the day off, however twice I was told, "She's with a customer!" Around 4:30 pm we received the truck. It was in the garage for less than 30 minutes, yet our bill was $1165.95 That's right, a fuel pump at this dealership is $1165.95. Actually, with sales tax, it was $1205.33. I felt like crying after the financial ordeal of staying in L.A. for 5 days and nights. I plan on contacting and exploring every conceivable avenue to hold them accountable. More

My husband and I were extremely happy with the service and knowledge of our Sales Associate Carlos Correa. He is very professional, great sales person, explained to us every single detail about the cars we provided options for. Carlos is very friendly and made us feel at home and he wasn't pushing the sale, he provided us time to make our decision. He worked a great deal with the finance team for us. This is lease #6 for our family but Carlos went above my expectations with this sale. I strongly recommend him to work with if you are looking at purchasing or leasing a car. I will also give kudus to Richard Bruce from the Finance office, usually this is the step of leasing a car that I don't really like but Richard made it seamless and we did it super fast, great personality and very knowledgeable as well. Scott Robinson is our new home for our next car for sure. More
