Honest, respectful, customer service was amazing as they heard my every concern. They asked for a budget that would work and they made the best attempt and got me in my budget range. Had very bad experience with M J Sullivan Chevrolet in New London and was about to give up on purchasing a car until my wife came across Scranton Chevy and I gave them the opportunity to do business with them and in a matter for 72 hours...drove out with my new SUV.
