Good service but long wait I walked in knowing which used car I wanted and Tudor walked me through all the features and accompanied me on the test drive. We did all this and agreed on a price in an hour but it took another 3 hours to finally drive my new car off the lot. Everyone was informative and friendly but 4 hours in a car dealership was ridiculous! More

Great dealership This was an A1 dealership with the exception of James Mitchell, watch out for him, he is the whole finance department and he is a double talker thart This was an A1 dealership with the exception of James Mitchell, watch out for him, he is the whole finance department and he is a double talker thart will do anything to get you to buy additional things. He lied to us and, told us he could get cheaper financing, and then said he saved us money by financing. The truth was he only matched what we already had and added additional charges. Instead of just saying that he spun it like a politician. Had to do his paperwork twice and it took forever. But we loved Tudor and David. They got us a good deal. More

Loose transmission cable connection to shifter this Problem should have been properly tightened when the previous issue with the torque converter was replaced.
