Now that it is scranton it's still the same level of quality and care. Lizz was amazing, and really helped me out. She really knew what I wanted, and no matter how horrible I felt about the cobalt I was trading in that was completely wrecked inside.....she didnt let it phase her. The rest of the crew was also great, and did everything they could to get the best deal for me. Which was appreciative after my mom just passing in janurary. More

Screwed up brakes I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought) Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought) Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had a complete brake failure. Barely made it back to the dealer and was told they didn't replace the lines just everything else. Wasnt pleased Lines were completely compromised. Was told they had to order the parts and had to wait and it was a six hour job. Parts came in wasn't done that day was told the tech was coming in on Saturday to finish that didn't happen either. Finally got the truck on Tuesday. Was charged for parts only. When I did go that night to pick it up from sales Dept Vehicle was not secured. Overall not a great experience but will be back. More
