Quality work but very slow I showed at exactly for a scheduled appointment for regular service, old change tire rotation etc,...They seemed confused when I said I made the appoi I showed at exactly for a scheduled appointment for regular service, old change tire rotation etc,...They seemed confused when I said I made the appointment. I was waiting for the service so I made my way to the waiting area. After 90 minutes ( way to long for the schedule work) I looked in the lot and saw my vehicle, I went to the service area, disappointing that they couldn't let me know in the waiting area that they were complete. I made the appointment on-line through their website where they advertised $49.95 special for 6-quart oil change, 4-tire rotation & multipoint vehicle inspection. The invoice total came to over $90. When I challenged it they promptly lowered the price to $76 and said the tire rotation was $19.95 it should have been 49.95 plus the sales tax. Since I didn't have the internet add readily available I reluctantly paid the bill and moved on. On top of all this they were to provide a video of the multi-point inspection as indicated on the invoice for no charge. I never received the video In another year I'll be looking to replace my Silverado. I am seriously looking at other dealers More

Did not communicate well and service took too long I was at first excited to be given an immediate appointment. I dropped my car off by 9am. I mentioned I did some research and thought it might be a pa I was at first excited to be given an immediate appointment. I dropped my car off by 9am. I mentioned I did some research and thought it might be a particular problem. As of 2pm, I was told they were still assessing it and they’d call me back. I let them know I needed to pick it up by 4pm. I called again at 3:36pm and they weren’t done assessing it. Then at 4:15pm my car was completed. $70 later to plug in a wire to a module, exactly what I said at 9am. No written estimate although they put that on the fine print of the receipt that the customer agreed they received it. Shady place. Would prefer to not do business here in the future. More
