Sealed the deal! Was looking to get into a new Silverado however I was getting the run around with a lot of dealerships. I use scranton for all of my service as for Zach is straight to the point with whats wrong and ensures fastest turn around possible. After explaining to him my intentions with my 2015 and all the issues I was having trying to upgrade he referred me to Jeff and Liz. Liz called me and asked me to come in and see what they could do for me. I was hesitant but confident that Scranton Chevy would be the place if any to walk out with a more practical family vehicle. I showed up and was greeted immediately by Liz. She walked through the process/options thoroughly while Jeff did some numbers on my trade. We were able to make things work and it was time to do up paperwork for the 2018 Silverado, and thats where things got a little crazy! Being active duty I was trying to register the truck in a different state but my insurance company could not get their paperwork right after 3 calls, finally did and then we had to change it again... however... liz and jeff maintained their positive attitudes and guaranteed me we would get everything figured out and I would be getting the truck. We spent some time making more phone calls and a few more faxes and emails back and forth until things were right! However it was too late to put ink on paper so I got to go back and visit them again the next day! Once again greeted with a warm welcome Liz and Jeff had everything ready for James and I to sign. James was straight to the point penny for penny. No beating around the bush or trying to cover up hidden fees or sneak anythin past me. He explained in detail every cent I would be paying! All in all I had a great experience with Liz, Jeff, James and Zach. The staff of Scranton Chevrolet Sales and Service are amazing!!! They always kept in mine the best interest for me and made the process as painless and quick as possible. From the phone call to come in all the way up until the OnStar setup and driving ofd the lot I had a great experience and would definitely recommend doing business with these people! You WILL NOT regret it! Thanks again for all that you did for me and you will have my business as long as I am stationed here or in the surrounding area! More

Update! Since I have had non stop problems with my Jeep since I bought it about a month ago, I called Tuesday Morning to see if I could have the safety checkl Since I have had non stop problems with my Jeep since I bought it about a month ago, I called Tuesday Morning to see if I could have the safety checklist sent to me via email. This process took until 9am Tuesday morning with multiple phone calls and emails later, to 9am Wednesday morning. Liz finally texted me saying: "I received your message Alyssa. Jeff was unaware that I was informed by my general manager today to let Wally, the service manager handle sending over the safety check and I was under the impression that was done. First thing in the morning Jeff will make sure that gets sent over." OKAY.. so that message comes after I had spoken with Jeff who said "I think the form is on her desk, she had to get it from the service manager." So today, I finally received the email with a Safety Check List I had never seen before. Guess who sent it? LIZ. But I just though the GM told Liz to let Wally handle this? More
