Most of the process was done via internet and text messages. When we called for more in depth info regarding rates was told they couldn't share the exact amounts. Was a bit put off by that messages. I can’t say enough good things about Alex Holstein. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly. He helped us find an additional $2000 state rebate on our new Bolt EUV.
