We happened to stop by Scranton just to browse for options but our now Tahoe caught our eye immediately. Arseni happened to be walking around the lot when he approached us and asked if we wanted to vi options but our now Tahoe caught our eye immediately. Arseni happened to be walking around the lot when he approached us and asked if we wanted to view the car. His presence had an immediate positive vibe and of course we agreed. I have never met anyone who was able to explain a vehicle in such great detail (and we've purchased a lot of cars in the past). Arseni had a lot of knowledge and was so kind not just to us but especially with our kids. Our kids mean the world to us and their safety is our #1 priority so finding a reliable car was a must. Arseni, thank you for your time and helping us purchase our forever family vehicle. Also, kuddos to Rich and Kamila. Kamila, you were wonderful to work with.
