I had my truck towed in from another dealership because it had been for a few days waiting to be serviced so I decided to have to brought to Scranton Chevy. Jordan had my truck look at right away and gave it had been for a few days waiting to be serviced so I decided to have to brought to Scranton Chevy. Jordan had my truck look at right away and gave me a loaner while they figured out the issues. He really went above and beyond taking care of me and making sure everything was being handled. When I bought the car last year, the one they gave me was not the one I had looked at with the salesman. The sales manager also told me i could not buy a new 2025 and had to settle for a 2024 leftover. The v not the one I had looked at with the salesman. The service department is erratic and outrageously expensive for non warranty service. I also believe they are dishonest ant trying to get me to have unnecessary work done for a ridiculous price; $734 for a 30 minute job to replace a $16 part More
