What started as a pleasant car buying experience quickly turned into the worst experience ever! We arrived at the dealership shortly after 4PM on Saturday. When we first walked in no one was around to help turned into the worst experience ever! We arrived at the dealership shortly after 4PM on Saturday. When we first walked in no one was around to help us but after a few minutes Kamila came over and asked if we were being helped. We had inquired online about a used Traverse and Steve had called us to confirm it was still available. Steve was finishing up with a customer so Kamila asked if we would like to look at the car. She pulled it up front and when Steve was available he came over and we test drove the vehicle. We were very interested in the vehicle but they were closing and we didn’t want to make a rushed decision. Since they were closed the next day, we said we would call first thing Monday morning with a deposit, if we were interested. Steve stepped away to speak to who I believe was the inventory manager and let them know our plan. This individual’s response was we need to make sure this isn’t a pipe dream. It was so rude and unprofessional. I can’t support a business who employs people who speak this way about their customers. I really hope Steve and Kamila find a new employer because they were wonderful to work with and they do not deserve to work in this type of environment. Also, I hope training is offered to ensure others are not discriminated against for their perceived financial status or any other reason. More

I had my girlfriend take my truck in for an oil change. Was supposed to take an hour it took 3. Had to remind them it was free. And staff did not notify her it was finished.
