First of all back in March I went there so that they could take a look at my 4 Wheel Drive it was acting up and they didn’t find anything however I still have a light that comes on that says service fou could take a look at my 4 Wheel Drive it was acting up and they didn’t find anything however I still have a light that comes on that says service four-wheel-drive and then instead of taking care of the four-wheel-drive I got charge about $1500 to have my brakes done. In September I called them because I had a recall for some steering problems that Chevrolet has with the truck so I had to wait until the part came in I got a car the part came in so I took my truck there to be service and I was told that the part never showed up so as of now I’m still waiting for a phone call to have my truck done. I’m done with them More

Had a scheduled oil change for 10am, a routine maintenance that should take no longer then 20 minutes, took over 2 hours. This is the 3rd time I’ve have vehicles maintained here and every time I’v maintenance that should take no longer then 20 minutes, took over 2 hours. This is the 3rd time I’ve have vehicles maintained here and every time I’ve waited hours! I was told that a wheel alignment would take maybe 2 hours because they were “a little behind” took over 5. The service center is over booking appointments and wasting people’s time. I work 3rd shift and things like this are an absolute inconvenience and I’m forced to get my maintenance done here or I “void” my warranty so I have no choice but to use this service center. This in no way reflects any one individual as everyone was polite and helpful! More
