Took way too long. While waiting, we looked into buying a new car after test driving and loving the car was told advertised price was a “misprint” they refused to honor the advertised price or work with the new car after test driving and loving the car was told advertised price was a “misprint” they refused to honor the advertised price or work with the price at all for that matter And no manager ever showed his face. They kept me informed they took care of the problem in a timely manner. Given the problem I’m sure it wasn’t easy . An my car was kept inside an since it’s a corvette I appreciated it . I went for an oil change the other day and requested a tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a hug tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a huge deal but just seems like poor service. Also, I left for over an hour and came back to my car sitting outside. No one contacted me to let me know my car was all set. I bought my car there a few months ago so you’d think you’d get good service for all the money you have spent there. More

I had the 27,000 mile check up done I asked how long it would take I was told an hour and a half it took 2 1/2 hours when I turned on the air conditioner my fan was making a horrendous noise when the cab f would take I was told an hour and a half it took 2 1/2 hours when I turned on the air conditioner my fan was making a horrendous noise when the cab filter was changed a acorn cap fell into the Fan Causing the Fan to be out of balance It took. me over an hour to fix it You tell me how the Service was More

Not up to par with other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. They forgot to reassemble some of the parts under warranty and I had to go back and have them do it right.
