Great first car buying experience Not more than a week ago, i walked into the dodge of scranton dealership and was introduced to a man by the name of phil. Knowing my credit was bad i Not more than a week ago, i walked into the dodge of scranton dealership and was introduced to a man by the name of phil. Knowing my credit was bad i had little hope i would be able to find something in my price range , let alone something i would be happy with. After a few minutes of relaying my situation to Mr. Santiago, he pointed me into the right direction. After all was said and done , after all the phone calls back and forth, after all the paperwork we had to do, i gotta say i couldnt be more grateful for how it all turned out. I walked out of there yesterday with a great car and a great deal. I know if it wasnt for mr. Santiago i would have never gotten the deal i got nor the patience from any other agent. He handled the entire process with professionalism, respect, genuine consideration, and the most important in my eyes , honesty. For service like this i can truly say ill be going back in the future for my next car , and would recommend this to anyone with any type of credit.
