I have a customer with Scranton motors for over 10 years. In the service I have received in that time has been spectacular. Dealing with Tony for many years as a service manager was fantastic and it was sad In the service I have received in that time has been spectacular. Dealing with Tony for many years as a service manager was fantastic and it was sad to see him go. Recently I had some work done to my Cadillac and my service advisor Jeff was outstanding. His attention to detail and information giving back to me was spot on and always accurate. He is taking care of everything that had issues with the vehicle and returned with perfection. The rest of the team that works at the service counter also display great attitudes in a very helpful.It is my intention is going forward in the future when I purchase my next Cadillac without question it will be with Scranton motors.
