Bo led me to believe I was purchasing a 5 year 60k mile warranty when it was really only good for 40k miles. I specifically asked for full disclosure. I find this to be quite deceptive and unprofessional. Had I understood the warranty was 60k mikes from 0 and not from what was on the odometer I may not have purchased it. Bo also made mention that these cars break down. This,I believe, was his way of upselling the warranty. However it left me feeling a little less confident in my purchase than I should have. It is in opinion that he should learn different approaches to performing his job and interacting with the customer to make the customer comfortable and confident with their purchase. More
