Need more follow up I took the vehicle in for service several times now since I own it in the last year. It’s a new 2017 GMC DenaliHD with 8200 miles. Nothing but bad experiences Didn’t own this car for more than a day before having issues. Has a bad battery... (that they replaced) a bad starter... I’ve begged and pleaded to get out of this loan because it is a horrible relationship and I can not trust their word or service....and the sales manager John (?)just told me .... it’s not that he can’t help me... he’s refusing to. So their is a way.... but he said he wasn’t obligated to. Forget being the RIGHT thing to do... but because he doesn’t have to do it... then he insists on making me suffer that much more. More
