All the staff were fantastic but Sean McPhearson and Tyler Durdan in sales were 5 Star, top notch, simply the best people to work with. As we were putting my new purchase together everyone in the dealership was walking around, smiling, and being helpful in any way they could without being overbearing. That was so refreshing. The stand out for me was in Chris Champagne's office - he is the finance guy. He has a computer desk where all the documents are uploaded and you sign with a special pen. Great staff, but disappointed Every person we dealt with at this dealer was amazing. However, the car we were interested in was very dirty when we first saw it. We decided to go with the car, but we’re promsied the best detailing that would remove most of the marks/stains. When we received the car, it was awful. Stains everywhere and French fries and Doritos under the seats. The staff was great at attempting to reconcile the issue, but we were very displeased. Luckily we loved the car itself so much and it was exactly what we were looking for or we would have walked out. More
