We are so sorry to the extensive wait you experienced! We are constantly working to improve scheduling and wait times, but can't always account for how long things will take once we start work on a vehicle. I can assure you however, that although there was no one else in the waiting room, any vehicle that was serviced ahead of you was one that was scheduled ahead of you. In these times of social distancing, many customers choose not to wait in the waiting area. That being said, your wait was especially long and very much the exception and not the rule. So your frustration is completely understandable. Unfortunately, we can't go back and remedy that now, but if you do give us the opportunity to work with you again, please consider dropping off the vehicle and coming back to pick it up, or even better than that - we would encourage you to take advantage of our service where we pick up and drop off your vehicle directly to you. That way there is no chance that you will be left waiting for an extended period time in the waiting area. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to do better in the future.
