We made an appointment for one of our tires to be replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. When we ask about a loaner of a car, we would inform that we were supposed to do that when dropping our vehicle off which we were never told that it was going to take 5 days to have a tire replaced. We've always been pleased with the service at Scranton Cadillac GMC of Vernon, but this last time was awful experience we had. More

If I could give a negative I would. He was the absolute worst service manager I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge people not to do business at this establishment.
