Very unhappy with the bill that I had to pay for the car the car was there for a week. I purchased a part and apparently the parts in the cured the problem. Then they purchased another part that was under w the car was there for a week. I purchased a part and apparently the parts in the cured the problem. Then they purchased another part that was under warranty that doesn’t cure the problem so all this finally they got another part which doesn’t cover warranty and I had to pay over $600 for the total job. I don’t think that’s right we only had $685 because I purchased the first part and they used it, but it doesn’t cure a problem so I should’ve gotten a refund on that and other part where it was under diagnosed incorrectly, where they build me for that I don’t think that was right at all so that’s that very unhappy with the bill More

After having spent the previous 24 hours going from a "bad" to "worse" truck shopping experience, Scranton set things right. When Jalen greeted us warmly and friendly, with a welcoming tone. Then I tol "bad" to "worse" truck shopping experience, Scranton set things right. When Jalen greeted us warmly and friendly, with a welcoming tone. Then I told him, "Jalen, I'm real ornery right now because of the last 24 hours, so please help me turn this around". He laughed(nervously), then proceeded to wash those bad experiences from my memory. Overall, Scranton is a very professional dealership where the customer experience is valued above all. For example, we were apart on my trade-in value ($1000), but we collectively found $1000 in value to me elsewhere. That's customer service. Then, the parts department, hand delivered my IOU tonneau cover to our home in Portland. Who does that? Finally, the truck I eventually purchased was presented to me in a proper condition (interior detailed, washed, no broken parts, no CEL, ... ready to take home.
