Poor Communication The service rep I was dealing with had poor communication, my vehicle has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks and was not told the vehicle was done. Took me on time, have a nice waiting area, finished before they said they would and washed my truck. Excellent service all-around. Extra words at the end are silly but required.
