I go amdoe all my service needs to scranton. The work is typically done well. The explanation of the charges are not reallt given. Told one price, and then line items on top of parts, labor, material, dispoal are then added to with a $15 misc charge. Also, for $155 oil change, they no longer even vaccum. Since I bought my SUV, the day I took it the touch screen they told me they fixed, was never fixed. Gave me the run around each time I asked for it to be fixed, and said the part was on back order and then i never hear back. Just displeased with the folllw through. For the value I paid, I expected higher quality and follow through More
