Disappointing, Car was in for a 2nd sunroof leak. Car was returned to me with interior still wet, and they never put spare tire compartment contents back where they belonged. Huge expense for me. Brought my truck back because my key fob battery I had your dealership put in July was a defect .. I should’ve never charged for diagnostics and not happy about it . Brought my CTS in because of a rough idle when cold. David said that it was a motor mount. Over 1000.00 later I picked up the car and it was the same. David claimed that someone cut the locator pin..... David said that it was a motor mount. Over 1000.00 later I picked up the car and it was the same. David claimed that someone cut the locator pin...... BS, I got screwed. I called saying I was not happy and never received a call back. Never again!!!! More
